AFTERCARE
Pre-School Aftercare starts at 13h00 when the Pre-School day ends.
Included in School fees is Pre-School Aftercare from 13h00-14h30. From 14h30 onwards Aftercare fees apply.
WHAT HAPPENS AT AFTERCARE?
Our Pre-School Aftercare students are given lunch at 12h15 as well as fruit, sandwiches, juice and water throughout the afternoon. There is supervised free play from 13h00 – 14h20 so as to allow those attending extra-curricular activities to come and go with their coaches as timetabled.
From 14h30 – 15h00 students have snack time (students may bring a lunch box of healthy snacks) and chat-time with their friends. Supervised free play with their “home toys” then takes place until 15h30. At 15h30 our Pre-School students join our Aftercare Centre.
The Aftercare Centre and Pre-School Aftercare is managed and supervised by staff employed by Marist Brothers Linmeyer. Students may not leave the Pre-School Aftercare without being signed out by an adult.

HOLIDAYS
The Aftercare facilities are not open on public holidays; mid-term breaks or the December holidays. It is however, open during the April and August holiday with an additional fee being charged.
Our holiday programme runs from 07h15 to 17h15 and includes fun-filled outings and activities.
MEDICAL CARE
Our Aftercare Centre has a first aid kit and staff are trained in basic First Aid. Parents will be notified of more serious injuries, or if we think that your child needs to be collected.
We also have a Medical Officer on site.
ENROLMENT FORM AND AFTERCARE FEES
Enrolment forms must be completed in full before acceptance into the Aftercare Centre.
These may be obtained from our Primary School Receptionist.
Fees are calculated annually. The termly fee is R2150,00 and casual fee is R50 per day.
