Marist Brothers Linmeyer officially opens the doors to its Indoor and Aquatics Centre
On Monday 18 January 2016, Marist Brothers Linmeyer opened the doors to its Indoor Pool and Aquatics Centre. Under the guidance of Perfect Stroke Swimming led by Wesley Williams and coach Stuart, Marist Brothers Linmeyer has incorporated swimming into the PT program for the juniors for the last couple of years. Perfect Stroke swimming has been instrumental in getting our swimmers to reach a higher level. This year Perfect Stroke will also be involved in our ‘Learn to Swim’ program with our Grade 0 and Grade 00 learners. The goal of the programme is to encourage water safety through an understanding of the rules that keep us safe in and around water and assist children to become waterborne through a series of fun activities.
