All businesses and services considering advertising on the School App must adhere to the ethos and values of Marist Brothers Linmeyer.
By agreeing to allow your advertisement on the School App, Marist Brothers Linmeyer does not and will not endorse any services or business advertised. Nor will Marist Brothers Linmeyer intercede, become involved in or be a conduit under any conditions, in any buyer-seller associations.
The Business Directory has been effected in good faith and as a gesture of goodwill, we request that respect and good intentions are shown by advertisers and customers.
Marist Brothers Linmeyer reserves the right to remove any advert from the School App in their sole and absolute discretion.
Marist Brothers Linmeyer’s decision is final and will not be subject to review.
Nothing contained in these terms and conditions shall be construed as amending or novating the terms of use of the School App and should be considered to be in addition thereto.
The information supplied by you, will be , subject to these terms and conditions, uploaded including any personal information as defined in the Protection of Personal Information Act (Act No 4 of 2013) and is done so with your consent and for the purpose of advertising your businesses and services, Marist Brothers Linmeyer is not responsible for the onward transmission of your information and Marist Brothers Linmeyer shall be indemnified against any loss or use of such information beyond the Marist Brothers
Advertisers indemnify Marist Brothers Linmeyer, its directors, employees, officials, agents, suppliers or representatives and keep them fully indemnified, from and against any loss or damage suffered or liability incurred in respect of any third party, which arises from your use of the School App.
Please note, where deemed necessary, additional Terms and Conditions may be implemented.
